1.Problem::horizontal lines in the pitcure

Solution: make sure that the paper size in the property setting is the same as that in the printer. Set the should be printed side up. Or use muttle check-up process to see if the muttle need cleaning.

2. Problem: there is nothing unusual in the printer, yet it warns 'jam' while printing or stop without prompt.

Solution: the phisical cause is the the transmitting settlement on the printing tip doesn't work. Pls check the transmitting belt or the transmitting axis to make it work. For the transmitting axis you can add some sartorius oil on it. On the other hand, check the system saving path(C：\PROGRAM FILES\AIKEDE\SAVED） to see whether there are too much files under it. If yes, delete some.

3. Problem: The system prompt'connected or not?' after the print demand.

Solution: check if the power supply cable and the signal cable is connected, power switch is on. If there is no problem with the power supply cable, try an other signal cable. Still can't solve the problem, pls check whether the print port is damaged.

4. Problem: can't print normally in a chill weather.

Solution: it's the cold weather freezes the ink. Blow the muttle with a hair drier.

5. Problem: the printer can't distinguish the ink type or the volumn and the printing is not clear.

Solution: clean the printing tip. Use a bibulous cloth to wipe the printing head. Still can't work,reinstall the drive program which match with the printer.

6. Problem: no response after turn on the printer. No power.

Solution: open the frame to find the safety tube inside the power supply part. See whether it turns dark, if yes, it burnt. Replace it.

7. Problem: wrong charactor or wrong picture.

Solution: adjust the printing tip with 'print adjust' process in the print property, or change to unilateral print.

8. Problem: muttle can't move. It can roll paper, but once print it stops.

Solution: metal pole or the transmitting belt has dust and not smooth. Add some sartorius oil or wipe the dust then add some lubricating oil.
