1.Problem: vidicon can't catch the image and the screen is black.

Cause and solution: The aperture doesn't work. Adjust the aperture.The focus adjustment is on the outside of the vidicon and you can adjust the difinition . The aperture is inside and you can adjust the brightness.

2. Problem: the video capture program can't adjust 'channel select' or can't be run. Warning'system initialization failure'.

Cause and solution: the video card type is wrong or there is error in the drive program, or trouble in the connection between the video card and the mainboard. Tighten the video card again or change the slot. If that doesn't work, reinstall the drive program.( If the drive program is installed correctly, it will appear in My computer-Right key property-equipment manager-sound,video and game controller the three options:100moos sdk-2000, WDM audio Capture;100moos sdk-2000,WDM crossbar; 100moos sdk-2000, Video Capture. 3. Problem: face too white.

Cause and solution: it's caused by the light. Press 'F1' to adjust the brightness and saturation while take a photo. Usually indoor , the brightness is 50, the contrast is 57, the saturation is 38, and the tone is 40. When adjust the light, adjust the brightness and the contrast first, normally wighout the saturation and the tone.( Brightness not over 58 and the maximumn 50 for the saturation.)

4. Problem: forget or lose the Stat.system password

Cause and solution: enter 'regedit', find HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\SOFTWARE\VB AND VBA PROGRAM SETTINGS\爱科德统计系统\SETTINGS\KEYCODE.

5. Problem: can't use small keyboard but can use big keyboard

Cause and solution: replace or set ADVANCE CHIIPSET FEATURES中BOOT UP NUMLOCK STATUS---ON in the CMOS( press DELETE to enter BIOS when boot-up the computer.

6. Problem: can see the image in video capture, but the background is blue.

Cause and solution: insert video cable into the No.2 hole on the video card and select '2' on the capture channel. Check the power supply cable is connected or not.

7. Problem: start the video capture and see glittery colorful stripes.

Cause and solution: there is error with the video cable connection. Reinsert the video cable or replace it. Check the power supply cable is connected or not.

8. Problem: can't see the ink balance in the computer.

Cause and solution: if the ink box is normal, adjust the port in Start Menu-Settings-Printer property-Detailed information. (Select EPUSB1 port for USB cable and select LPT1 port for parallel port cable)

9. Problem: no response after press 'continuous printing' or 'print'.

Cause and solution: first exit the photo taking system ,then click the iamge of printer on the taskbar to delete the to-be printed task file.

10. Problem: after press 'sure' another large size picture appears inside the current picture.

Cause and solution: Reshoot this photo if not satisfied. For that all the photos on the paper have been taken, you can print it out even such problem happens, no need reshoot or clear.
