Problem: the image is lean after printing.
Cause and solution: paper is put improperly.

Problem: the color is natural while
shooting but after printing it lack of some color or not right.
Cause and solution: the muttle is blocked.
Select 'muttle check-up' to see if it is normal in the Start
Menu-Setting-Printer property- Application tools. If not,
select 'clean printing tip'.

Problem: no date on the picture
Cause and solution: muttle is blocked.
Clean the printing tip.

Problem: The printing paper can't enter
the slot, but the printing tip is working.
Cause and solution: too much ink in the
slot. Stop printing and use a napkin to carefully suck up
ink from the slot.

Problem: Only part of the picture was printed out, then display
'lack of paper'. And after printing some paper, the other
part was printed.
Cause and solution: it may be caused by
the instability of the drive program or the hardware. First
check the printing drive program, or change the USB cable
into parallel port cable. If it doesn't work, try replacing
the memory bank. On the other hand, it may be caused by the
client's incorrect operation. A lot of printing files was
piled up in the printing task, which made the paper continuously
come out or wrong character. The solution is to shut down
the computer and the printer. Then turn on the printer first,
and then the computer to delete the previous printing task.

16.
Problem: the energysaving setup on the screen doesn't work
regularly. After some time rest, it work automatically.
Solution: enter CMOS-POWER MANAGEMENT
SETUP, select SUSPEND MODE as DISABALE.

Problem: the 8850 needs long time to
checkup error and restore at the startup of the computer after
several times sudden power-off. Furthermore the report shows
there are damaged track .
Solution: you can use the following method.
1) Backup the previous picture file( SAVED
path), then restore the mirror image files in Drive D with
GHOST. It takes half hour or so to get right.
2) Let the computer repair errors automatially,
this way it will cost much time.
3) If can't enter the computer even in
the DOS mode, you should bootup with the system bootable disk,
then restore with GHOST.

Problem: there are color lines on the
picture
Solution: If the problem still can't be solved after lots
of cleaning, maybe it's caused by the damaged muttle. Pls
contact Epson service centre.

Problem: It prompt' Run-time error '5' Invalid procedure call
or avgument' . The software can't be operated.
Solution: something wrong with WIN98 system
installment. Pls replace WIN98 installment disk to reinstall
the system.
